RETURN POLICY
• Items that are unworn, unwashed and with all original swing tags and labels attached may be returned within 14 days for any reason.
• Return for fault or incorrect item
o Full price including postage will be refunded or credited at your option upon receipt of the return
o Return Form to be completed and enclosed with the return item
o Email colcottons@gmail.com with details of the item and the fault with a pic attached and we will send you a prepaid Post satchel for the return.
• Return for any other reason
o Full price excluding the delivery charge will be refunded or credited at your option upon receipt of the return.
o If the item was sent free the delivery charge deducted will be $8 (Aust) or $15 (NZ).
o Return Form to be completed and enclosed with the return item
o Email colcottons@gmail.com with details of the item being returned.
o We recommend use of Australia Post red satchels as the lowest cost way to return the item.
