RETURN POLICY

• Full price items that are unworn, unwashed and with all original swing tags and labels attached may be returned within 14 days for any reason.
• Sale Rack items that are unworn, unwashed and with all original swing tags and labels attached may be returned within 14 days for any reason for Exchange or Store Credit but not for refund.
• Return for fault or incorrect item
  • Full price including postage will be refunded or credited at your option upon receipt of the return
  • Email colcottons@gmail.com with details of the item and the fault with a pic attached
  • We will email you a soft copy Return Form and post out a prepaid Post satchel for the return. Return Form to be completed and enclosed with the return item.
• Return for any other reason
  • Full price excluding the delivery charge will be refunded or credited at your option upon receipt of the return.
  • If the item was sent postage free within Australia and the value of any item/s being retained is less than the qualifying threshold for free postage, a delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount of $9.50 (Aust) for a Small post satchel, $14 for a Medium post satchel.
  • If the item was sent free to New Zealand the delivery charge deducted will be A$15 for an item sent singley or $A10 if the item was sent with one or more others and the value of the item/s being retained is less than the $120 qualifying threshold for free postage.

  • We will email you a soft copy Return Form 
  • Return Form to be completed and enclosed with the return item
  • We recommend use of Australia Post 500g red satchel as the lowest cost way to return the item.
